Product Description

For Crushing Pipe, Bulk Plastic, Sprues and blown extrusion containers, film rolls and other material which is not easy to be crushed by normal crusher.

Features:
a. Main body: The parts of main body of crusher are processed precisely by CNC machine tool and the main body adopts welded structure, material of which are made of steels of 70mm thick, therefore, great strength, durability and long life span are realized. The upper body can be opened easily by hydraulic system so that routine maintenance is convenient;
b. Main axis: The main axis is made of high class steel and undergoes strict process and calibration. It features high toughness, stable working state and low vibration. The rotor with the latest "V" type cutting technology can be composed of 3 blades, 4 blades, 5 blades or 7 blades which depend on the material to be crushed. This technology makes sure the knives can produce uniform granular with low energy and low noise;
c. Bearings: Adopt NSK high class bearing;
d. Knife: Adopt SKDII high class steel;
e. Electrical control system: The screen plate is processed with high strength material. It can be installed and changed easily with its hydraulic system. Different size mesh ranges from 10 to Maximum 200mm are for customers' option;
f. Electrical control system: Adopt Siemens electrical component;
